Poetry by C. Eve

I am the First Eve.

December 19, 2012March 7, 2018

Shiver

he covered
my hands with his own
you are dear to me I
must care for you
I
struggled against
superstition
the odd
beliefs
of myth and magic
You cannot
guard yourself against
evil
death is
bad dreams and
blood
I felt chilled
